Welcome to TimeNest. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our scheduling platform and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using TimeNest, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
TimeNest is a SaaS platform that enables users to share their availability and accept bookings from others, with integrated calendar synchronization and automated meeting link generation.
TimeNest provides the following services:
Service Limitations: Free accounts are limited to creating up to 3 events. Additional features may require premium subscriptions in the future.
To use certain features of TimeNest, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
When you connect your Google account, you grant TimeNest permission to access your Google Calendar for synchronization purposes. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings.
You agree to use TimeNest only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
You are responsible for all content you create, upload, or share through TimeNest, including event descriptions, booking notes, and profile information. Content must not be offensive, harmful, or violate the rights of others.
When booking appointments, you agree to provide accurate information and honor scheduled meetings. Hosts are responsible for maintaining their availability and managing their schedules appropriately.
TimeNest and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Temple Health Systems and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of content you create and share through TimeNest. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
TimeNest integrates with third-party services including Google Calendar and Google Meet. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using TimeNest, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information, but you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
TimeNest is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services integrated with TimeNest, including Google Calendar and Google Meet.
We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any user-generated content, including event descriptions, availability information, or booking details.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimeNest and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TimeNest and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion features we provide.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and data in accordance with our data retention policies.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a competent court.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of TimeNest after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TimeNest regarding the use of our Service.
